Anchaya is the Founder of Anchaya Law Chambers and advises and represents clients primarily in complex dispute resolution and contentious matters. Her practice encompasses civil and commercial disputes, cross-border matters, and complex disputes involving contractual, investment, and real estate issues, including disputes arising from condominium development and investment projects, land, and commercial transactions.

Her practice further encompasses white-collar and criminal matters arising from complex transactions, including criminal matters arising from contractual and transactional arrangements in the aviation sector, as well as civil measures under Thailand’s Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542 (1999).

In addition to contentious matters, Anchaya advises business owners and companies on dispute strategy, legal risk assessment, and the structuring, drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements. She works closely with clients on matters where legal, commercial, and strategic considerations intersect, combining rigorous legal analysis with a practical understanding of business realities.

Her approach focuses on protecting clients’ interests, managing legal risk, and advancing their commercial objectives in complex and high-stakes matters.

Chariya advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, with a practice spanning cross-border transactions, intellectual property, commercial contracting, and regulatory matters. Her work includes advising on commercial arrangements, intellectual property, data protection, international trade, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Anchaya Law Chambers, Chariya served as a Legal Section Manager following her earlier role as a Legal Specialist. She also spent more than five years practising intellectual property law at Baker McKenzie, where she worked on trademark matters, intellectual property portfolio management, IP enforcement, and commercial matters involving intellectual property. This experience informs her approach to advising businesses on the intersection of intellectual property and commercial operations.

Her practice includes a broad range of commercial agreements, including distribution, agency, supply, licensing, OEM, services, and strategic collaboration arrangements. She also advises on technology-related agreements, data protection, trade and export controls, European regulatory requirements, and environmental and sustainability requirements affecting businesses and supply chains, including the EU Deforestation Regulation, supply-chain due diligence, and product and packaging compliance.

Having worked with clients and on matters involving Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Chariya brings a cross-border perspective to commercial and regulatory matters and focuses on providing practical advice aligned with each client’s legal and commercial objectives.

Piyaporn advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, property, and regulatory matters in Thailand. Her practice focuses on corporate and business structuring, company establishment and compliance, real estate transactions, business licensing, and visa and work permit matters.

She assists clients with the establishment and ongoing operation of Thai and BOI-promoted companies, including corporate restructuring, share transfers, legal due diligence, and corporate compliance. Her practice also encompasses the drafting and review of commercial agreements, property transactions, foreign ownership and investment matters, and applications for business licences and regulatory approvals.

Piyaporn also advises foreign clients on immigration and work permit matters, including Non-Immigrant visas, BOI Smart Visa, work permits, and related regulatory requirements. She provides practical legal support to clients navigating the legal and regulatory requirements of establishing, operating, and investing in businesses in Thailand.

Nathamon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Thailand) with over a decade of experience in accounting, auditing, and corporate tax planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Thammasat University and began her career as an auditor with a Big Four firm.

Nathamon currently serves in a lead accounting and tax advisory role, advising clients on corporate tax planning, financial statement preparation, internal accounting controls, and audit-related matters. Her experience spans a range of industries, including real estate, startups, manufacturing, and hospitality, providing practical insight into the accounting and tax considerations arising across different business sectors.

She collaborates with Anchaya Law Chambers as an accounting and tax advisor, supporting the firm’s clients on accounting, tax, and financial matters that intersect with their broader legal and business considerations.
